TERMS OF STAY

The following terms should be observed before/while staying at Seroja Homestay:

• Check-in and check-out time : 12.00 p.m.  However, upon owner's discretion, earlier check-in and later check-out can be considered if it doesn't conflict with other guest's booking.
• A deposit of RM100 is required before booking can be confirmed.
• After checking on the availability of the date(s) of intended stay, an account number will be given for deposit to be banked-in.
• After the deposit has been banked-in, the date(s) will be reserved.
• The balance of the rental payment needs to be fully settled either through the same bank account or by cash to the caretaker of the house before checking-in.   
• In the event of cancelled booking, the deposit can only be returned if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the intended date of stay.  This should be understood as we might have refused others who want to book the same dates.
• Seroja Homestay is located within a  nice and peaceful residential area, with a surau being located only 100 metres away. Therefore, it is very important that guests observe the locals' sensitivity.
• Seroja Homestay is strictly forbidden for any immoral activities.   Guests of opposite genders and have no family ties are not allowed to stay together.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings while staying at Seroja Homestay.
• Cooking is allowed as stove and utensils are provided.  But guests are expected to be careful and practice all safety measures while using the kitchen.

Syarat-syarat berikut perlu dipatuhi sebelum/sepanjang menginap di Homestay Seroja:

• Waktu check-in dan check-out : 12.00 petang.  Bagaimanapun, atas budi-bicara pemilik, waktu check-in yang lebih awal dan check-out yang lebih lewat boleh dipertimbangkan jika tidak mengganggu tempahan tetamu lain.
• Tetamu perlu membayar deposit RM100 sebelum tempahan dapat diterima.
• Selepas memastikan tarikh penginapan masih belum ditempah,  satu nombor akaun bank akan diberikan bagi membolehkan deposit dimasukkan ke dalam akaun.
• Apabila deposit sudah dibank-in, tempahan akan disahkan.
• Baki bayaran sewaan penginapan hendaklah dijelaskan sepenuhnya samada melalui akaun bank yang sama atau boleh dibayar secara tunai kepada penjaga-rumah sebelum check-in.
• Jika hendak membatalkan tempahan, perlu dimaklumkan sekurang-kurangnya 7 hari dari tarikh penginapan yang dirancang bagi mendapatkan semula deposit.  
• Homestay Seroja berada di kawasan kejiranan yang aman dan tenteram.  Sebuah surau terletak hanya 100 meter dari lokasi rumah.   Justeru itu, sangat penting bagi tetamu menghormati sensitiviti penduduk setempat.
• Tetamu yang berlainan jantina dan tidak mempunyai hubungan kekeluargaan tidak dibenarkan tinggal bersama di Homestay Seroja.
• Tetamu adalah bertanggungjawab terhadap keselamatan diri dan harta-benda masing-masing sepanjang menginap di Homestay Seroja.
• Memasak adalah dibenarkan di mana dapur gas dan peralatan memasak disediakan.  Bagaimanapun, tetamu perlu berhati-hati dan mengamalkan semua langkah keselamatan sepanjang menggunakan kemudahan ini.
